SKF
The SKF office which was located in old building and the entire structural work was completed when we entered. Looking at the three floor and area of 15000 SQ.FT. we thought of giving an open office concept. The area is mainly divided into MD, Directors office, Meeting room, workspaces, conferences and small interactive cafe area which injects a taste of humanity to the office. Knowledge workspace is a space for Directors, presented with its artistic characteristic beautifully reserved in a mixture of natural elements. sunlight shines into the space throgh the windows which have a mesmerising view of the sea. The 120 degree workstations which give comfortability and maximum utilization with indivisuality to each person. The cafe is created to give the staff interactive platform where meetings can be held over a cup of tea. Using partition and glass in alternate design to divid the rooms makes the light travel the distance and therefore the space is both sleek and propound.
DHR HOLDING
T-Square has completed work on the new office of DHR Holding . The entire scheme including a main work space , library and cafeteria all located in vidyavihar , Mumbai. DHR Holding was previously based at another office space in town but had outgrown the space both in terms of capacity and ambition. To take advantage of natural light and views of the exterior, the workstation were placed along the interior core while the open office areas were situated along the premier. The palatte of materials were carefully researched and selected their environmental qualities. Use of material was also reduced by eliminating tile ceilings in the open office area and by the use of carpet and tile floors in the reception and workplace.

The idea that they had in the first place was to design a modern and spacious spaces, which carries the previous periods remains. More over they wanted to design the space more comfortable and functional for the DFSL employees. Since there are four diffrent corners inside the office where the daylight come in. Using glass would be very appealing for their concept. In this way , weachived to make the space more luminous and also let more daylight travel insode the office space than before. The spaces were provided with the interconnecting stair. If the spaces is being used , groups are encouraged to move between floors to find another suitable environment. Formal settings and meetings are kept to an absolute minimum . The space reflects the company’s commitment to providing an inspiring office environment for its employees.

Honesty and integrity in the detailing of this legal fit out was intended to reflect the culture of the B.P.O. Orgnisation that made its mark battling for the underdog. Deliberate positioning of common zones encourage movement to other part of the floor, improving the health and well being. A common staff breakout zone with a deliberatly different feel to the rest of the floor. The reception and meeting areas have been kept in the center so the office space has benn divided into two diffrent zones for clients of different companies encouraging usage as a refuge from the intensity that is working in the law. A cellular offices environment was treated in the most transparent form possible to ensure as much equity of day light as possible to the entire staffing group and detailing consistancy allowed the breakup of the cellular form to ensure visual relief along one’s journey through the space.
NBCU
The goal was to create a bench mark to guide NBCU office location in creating environments that authentically support their culture, work practice and bussiness. Head office located in England. The rectangular floor plate and full height windows allow for large amount of workstations and cabins have access to natural day light. One of the elements which contribute to sobar workplace. The project team from headoffice had given as per complete freehand to design as per their requirements. we chose to use dark colour as ample light was coming inside. The layout was created in an open plan configuration with maximum access to task based support as they were divided into two diffrent departmnets. The structures are seperated by glass with light and open working appearance. The punch is presented in sharp colour accents in the reception that energies the space.
PARAMOUNT PICTURES
The main head office of PARAMOUNT PICTURE which are into hollywood movies, are based at Ballard Pier, Mumbai. The office is situated in a historical part of town. The director of PARAMOUNT ( India ) who wanted to create an office appointing T-Square to design the solution. T-S quare studied the demand of the client and understood how to work together. To create bold, exciting and commercially successful environments for the clients. The over all design aimed to create modern and functional working spaces with colourful atmosphere and modest elegance. We had an advantage of height of about which allowed us to use few types of high profile materials and furniture mainly metal, glass and wood. Althogh the glass work are more noticeable around the office giving it an exuberant look. The passage wall wgich has been covered by flashy coloured tiles, making it look like a painting. The hexagonal shaped conference table has been covered with veneer. The choice of furniture and colours played a major role in creating a modern and simple atmosphere inside the office space.
